Radiance chosen as the performance agency to oversee the California giant’s foray into the Quebec market

American home delivery service leader DoorDash has mandated Radiance with the development, implementation, and adaptation of its brand’s media strategy. In partnership with Substance, a content marketing agency, Radiance will help DoorDash break into the Quebec market. In addition to adapting DoorDash’s advertising campaigns to the Quebec market, the digital media agency will oversee the planning, management, and optimization of the brand’s media campaigns.

“We are extremely pleased to see an American giant like DoorDash associate itself with Radiance, but are even prouder that they have entrusted us with the adaptation and deployment of their brand. With a highly strategic team and experts dedicated to data, we have the ability to stay relevant, offer a better customer experience, and generate new orders quickly and at a lower cost—and that’s exactly the type of partnership DoorDash was looking for in Canada,” explains Guillaume Brunet, CEO and co-founder of Radiance.

DoorDash’s arrival at Radiance only reinforces the expertise and leadership that the agency has managed to develop in the food industry, with clients such as Première Moisson and Le Groupe Antonopoulos, both of which have chosen to renew their engagement with Radiance for the upcoming year.

To this list of well-known clients is added Espace pour la vie, who, following a call for tender, also decided to renew their engagement with Radiance for another three years. Thus, the agency will remain in charge of managing, planning, and optimizing the company’s digital media campaigns and tourists attractions. Furthermore, Place des Arts, another Quebec flagship, has called upon Radiance’s expertise in regards to digital media coaching and training.

“Representing the best marketing investment for our clients is what drives us every single day, and having so many wonderful clients renew their trust in us, year after year, pushes us to challenge the status quo. Our passion for and in-depth knowledge of the digital world allows us to maximize the return on investment for these companies we have the pleasure of serving,” adds Guillaume Brunet .

Radiance is hard at work with several other stimulating mandates, including overseeing the national and international digital campaigns for LCI Education (Collège LaSalle), as well as those for Cogeco radio stations.
