RADIANCE AND A GROUP OF QUEBEC INVESTORS ACQUIRE ABRIS TEMPO

With an equity stake in Abris Tempo, Radiance becomes its own client and offers a new business model for advertising agencies.

In partnership with a group of Quebec investors, le Fonds régionaux de solidarité FTQ Laval, and the financial support of Desjardins Business, Radiance acquires an equity stake in the corporation Abris Tempo. In doing so, the digital performance agency becomes its own client and serves as an innovative business model for advertising agencies everywhere.

The group of investors of which Radiance is a part of are particularly active in the Laurentians. This group is composed of Quebec entrepreneurs from various complementary sectors, such as media, advertising, and real estate. “Radiance was specifically chosen for its business know-how, digital expertise, and exceptional relationships, all of which will help Abris Tempo accelerate its growth in the coming years,” points out Richard Boisclair, President and CEO of Abris Tempo.

“Over the years, we have often heard about client-agency partnerships. At Radiance, we have reimagined the business model and have acquired an equity stake in Abris Tempo, a well-established Quebec flagship that is in full expansion. By doing so, the company becomes our client and that allows us to push the strategy even further, be even more daring, and more innovative, all while having a real and tangible impact on the growth of the company. Growth that will certainly benefit from better, 360 digital communication, a high-performing, innovative media strategy, a diversification of products, and market expansion,” mentions Guillaume Brunet, President and founder of Radiance.

A leader in the design and manufacture of car shelters since 1971, Abris Tempo just had its best financial year to date, and this after having recorded a sustained growth in sales over the last ten years. At the dawn of their 50th anniversary, this new collaboration will allow Abris Tempo to further solidify their role as industry leader, to continue their exponential growth and diversification of products, and continue to offer customers a multitude of tough and reliable shelters of all sizes and styles.
