Coordonnateur Talent et Culture
Maxime has had a rather eclectic career path. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in human resources management, he went on to do a master's degree in marketing. He is very interested in the interpersonal aspects of human resources and the creative aspects of marketing, so he decided to combine these two areas and create his perfect career out of them. He is particularly interested in the concepts of employer brand and employee experience, as well as recruitment. After working in the luxury industry in New York and in a law firm in Montreal, he joined Radiance as Coordinator, Talent and Culture. Apart from HR and marketing, Maxime enjoys travelling, wine, friends, electronic music and running.
Maxime contributes to the development of talent and culture at Radiance. In concrete terms, his job involves attracting and retaining the best talent by adopting innovative human resources management practices. As talent is Radiance's raw material, this role is very important. It's varied and exciting, because there are always things to do! We care about our expert teams and offer them a friendly work environment as well as great opportunities for improvement. Our goal: to become the leading digital agency in terms of talent and culture.
What is your vision of digital?
The future is digital. All sectors are affected by this phenomenon. Digital transformation is making the world more and more connected and offering countless opportunities, especially in terms of recruitment and business branding. However, behind the digital world, there are humans. It is important to remember that, and personally, that is what I am passionate about.
List of things to do before I die:
There are too many things I want to do! One would be to travel around the world for a year with friends to discover other cultures and have an unforgettable journey. I would also like to have a cat.
What makes you get out of bed and come to work?
The idea of being around great, funny and talented colleagues! Human contact and collaboration are very important to me at work.
